The application is filed for seeking transfer of the matrimonial proceedings from Family Court, Nagpur to Family Court, Amravati.

During the pendency of the application and considering the matrimonial dispute, it was referred to the Mediator. The parties have settled the dispute between the parties and compromise terms are laid down.

After due compliance of the terms and conditions of the compromise terms, the appropriate proceeding would be withdrawn by the respective parties.

In view of the settlement, there is no substance in the application and no purpose will be served by entertaining the said application.
