DATED : 23 rd NOVEMBER, 2015 The petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent nos. 1 & 3 to consider the period between 19th of December, 2012 to 31st July, 2013 as suspension period and make an entry regarding the same in the service record. Mr.Borkar, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 4, makes a statement that the entry regarding treating the said period as a suspension period and an entry to that effect has already been taken in the service book.

In view of the statement made, the petition has served the purpose.
