The respondent Nos.1 and 2 have supplied the copy of Service-Book to the petitioner. The learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the grievance made by the petitioner in this writ petition does not survive, however, he submits that the relevant entries have not been taken in the Service-Book, specially about the proceedings before the University and College Tribunal. There appears to be some minor issues between the parties regarding entries to be incorporated in the Service-Book. It would not be appropriate for this Court to examine that controversy in this petition. However, the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned Advocate for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 have
2 wp6032.11 submitted that the matter can be resolved by the Registrar of respondent No.4-University.
Hence, the following order :
i) The petition is disposed as withdrawn.
ii) The petitioner shall make representation in the matter of her grievance regarding entry in the Service-Book to the Registrar of the respondent No.4University with a copy of the representation to the respondent Nos.1 and 2.
iii) The Registrar of the respondent No.4University shall grant hearing to the respective parties and take decision on the representation which may be made by the petitioner, within three months from the date of receipt of the representation.
With these directions, the writ petition is disposed. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
