By this application, the applicant is seeking permission to deposit the costs.

This Court, while passing the order dated 18/07/2024, directed the applicant to deposit the costs of Rs. 10,000/- with the High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur within a period of one month. 3.

The applicant was suffering from financial hardships and required some time to arrange the amount of costs. Because of which, he could not deposit the costs within stipulated period.

Now, the applicant is ready to deposit the amount of costs. In view of that, Registry is directed to accept the costs.
