Heard learned Counsel for petitioner. He has preferred an appeal challenging the alleged illegal seizure of the vehicle. He requests this Court to direct the respondent authority to decide the appeal within time bound period. The request made by the petitioner is reasonable.

In that view of the matter, we direct the respondent Sub Divisional Officer to decide the appeal within three weeks from today.

The petitioner undertakes to produce copy of this order before the respondent authority within one week from today. 4.
The petitioner should appear before the concerned authority on 11.11.2025.
