Though there is a prayer to direct respondent No.2 to decide the representations dated 23.08.2010 and 05.09.2021 claiming compassionate appointment, it appears from the record that on 21.11.2016 such claim was rejected and the name of the petitioner was removed from the waiting list/register maintain for grant of compassionate appointment. Subsequently, another representation dated 05.09.2021 was also rejected vide communication dated 19.04.2022. 3.

Both the decisions rejecting the representation dated 23.08.2010 and second representation dated 05.09.2021 were never challenged.

In that view of the matter, we do not find any merit in the present writ petition. Accordingly, we dismiss the writ petition.
