This Court while issuing notice on 13th September, 2019 has passed the following order: "Issue notice for final disposal of the matter to the respondent, returnable on 15-11-2019.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.
In the meantime, the respondent No. 2 - Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur to take decision in the matter, which is said to be closed after hearing the parties on 19-03-2018 for orders."

Pursuant thereto, it is submitted by the learned AGP that on 31st December, 2019 the Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur has decided the proposal
2 WP. 6302-19.odt pertaining to the petitioner. The approval to the petitioner's promotion has been refused.

It is open for the petitioner to challenge the order dated 31st December, 2019 by availing appropriate remedy.

Keeping all points in that regard are open, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
