As per Government policy, Vidarbha Irrigation Development Corporation Limited (appellant) wants to withdraw the appeal. The letter was issued by the Executive Engineer, Wardha. In view of the letter, the appellant does not want to proceed further. Hence, the application is allowed. The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. Necessary court fee be refunded as per rules. Respondent no. 1 is permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest, if any, deposited before the Reference Court.
