It is submitted that this matter was placed before the Mediator in the mediation centre. The report of the mediation is placed on record. The report of the mediation is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. In terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties the civil applications as well as first appeal could be disposed of.

It appears that the amount of Rs.9,67,775/- and Rs.25,000/- has been deposited in this Court. The claimants are entitled to withdraw an amount of Rs.9,00,000/- and the

2310caf1335.17.odt Insurance Company is entitled to withdraw the remaining amount. The parties are allowed to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court within two weeks.

The appellant is also entitled for refund of court fees as per rules.

The civil applications as well as first appeal stand disposed of. No costs.
