Mr. Girish Dipwani, learned counsel for the appellant points out that by order dated 17.11.2021 in C.A.F. No.1027/2021 leave was granted to the appellant to delete non-applicant No.7. However, by inadvertence, the amendment was carried out only in the Civil Application and not in the main Memo of Appeal.

Mr. Dipwani, learned counsel for the appellant therefore, points out that in the judgment/order dated 09.12.2021 while disposing of the First Appeal (ST) No.13445/2021, name of non-applicant No.7 as respondent No.7 continues. He therefore seeks correction. 3.

Having regard what is submitted, the name of respondent No.7 to be indicated as deleted in the judgment/order dated 09.12.2021. This means that the name of respondent No.7 will continue to appear in the order

F.Appeal No.679.21 dated 09.12.2021 but with remark that this respondent stands deleted vide order dated 17.11.2021 in C.A.F. No.1027/2021. 4.

The necessary correction to be carried out in the original judgment/order as well as the corrected order be uploaded in the website.
