OCTOBER 25, 2016 Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for non applicant/State. Perused the FIR and the reply filed by the prosecution.

It appears that this applicant only accompanied the persons sitting in the vehicle from which the illicit liquor has been seized. The seizure is already completed. This applicant is in jail since 06.08.2016. There are no criminal antecedents to this applicant. Therefore, I am inclined to grant bail to this applicant. The application is allowed.

It is, therefore, directed that the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum, on the condition that the

applicant shall regularly attend the court dates regularly fixed in the matter; shall co-operate with the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the case and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses in any manner.
