According to learned counsel for petitioners, though petitioners land has been acquired, compensation has not been paid to them, therefore, they have preferred a representation to the respondent authorities on 12.3.2025 which is still not decided. 3.

Be that as it may, considering the record of the case, we direct respondent No. 2 Chairman, Nagpur Improvement Trust, Nagpur to decide representation of the petitioners dated 12.3.2025, within eight weeks from today.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
