During the pendency of this petition, the Deputy Collector, Gadchiroli issued direction to the Sub Divisional Officer, Kurkheda, Distt. Gadchiroli to take decision on the application of the petitioner dated 02.07.2025. 3.

In that view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Permission is granted.

Furthermore, the Sub Divisional Officer, Kurkheda, Distt. Gadhiroli is directed to take decision expeditiously and in any case within one month from today.
