The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition raising necessary grounds in view of denial of reliefs by the respondent No.3-Chief Officer by his reply to the representation made by the petitioner and also in view of the judgment passed by this Court in Public Interest Litigation No.42 of 2018 on 9th October, 2019.
