It is pointed out by the applicant that this court after calling the report of Tahsildar, Nagpur by order dated 9.12.2019 permitted the applicant to file the present appeal as an indigent person. It is stated by her that due to financial crunch and other several reasons, he could not prefer the appeal within a prescribed period. As such, there is a delay of 173 days in preferring appeal.

After verifying the record and after going through the reasons stated in the application which are not controverted, the delay of 173 days caused in preferring appeal is hereby condoned. Office is directed to register the appeal. 3.

The application stands disposed of.

Place the matter for further consideration on 9.9.2025.
