1] The learned Advocate for the petitioner places on record a purshis along with documents (five pages) and submits that though the appointment of the petitioner has now been granted approval vide order dated 15.01.2020 and he is treated as a permanent Teacher w.e.f. 01.07.2019, his grievance as regards ignoring of his service as a 'Shikshan Sewak' w.e.f. 01.07.2016 to 30.06.2019, will have to be redressed. The petitioner desires to prefer an independent petition for the same. Though this petition is rendered infructuous, the contentions of the petitioner may be kept open to the extent of his challenge to the date from which, he has been granted the approval.

4] Needless to state that, if the petitioner challenges his approval granted vide order dated 20.09.2019 for ignoring his earlier service period as a 'Shikshan Sewak', all contentions of the parties are kept open.
