Considering reasons stated in the application, the order dated 19.08.2024 deserves to be corrected as under:

Respondents/claimant No.1 is entitled to withdraw 50% amount on usual undertaking and 25% amount on solvent surety.

The amount shall be paid to the special power of attorney executed by respondent Nos.2 to 7 in favour of respondent No.1.

Registry is directed to pay amount as per the above directions.
