This is an application for bringing on record legal heirs of original appellant No.1, who died on 15.11.2021. This application was made on 20.12.2021.

In view of the reasons stated in the application and the fact that right to sue survives, legal heirs of deceased- appellant No.1 are allowed to be brought on record in place of deceased appellant No.1.

The necessary correction/amendment be made within a week.
