This writ petition arises out of the order dated 25th July, 2022 passed by the District Judge-1, Warora in Misc. Civil Appeal No. 16 of 2018 and Misc. Civil Appeal No. 17 of 2018 restraining the plaintiff to interfere with the possession of the defendant no. 10 over the suit property till the disposal of counter claim. 2.

This writ petition was filed on 29th September, 2022.

Thereafter on 9th August, 2023 when the matter was listed under the caption for 'dismissal', nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

On 10th August, 2023 and 24th August, 2023, the matter was adjourned at the request of the petitioner.

On 1st September, 2023, nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner and to grant one more opportunity to the petitioner it was adjourned for today. 6.

Today, the matter is listed under the caption for 'dismissal'. Despite the same, nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
