By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for direction to respondent No.1 to decide the representation dated 24.07.2025. It is in respect of irregularities and illegalities going on, in making payment by the Gram Panchayat to the contractors. Considering the prayer clause, we are of the opinion that, the purpose would be served if such directions are issued to the respondent No.1. 3.

Accordingly, we direct respondent No.1 to decide the representation dated 24.07.2025, made by the petitioner, at the earliest and in any case within six weeks from today.
