By this application, the applicant has sought to condone the delay of 1477 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and award dated 30th April, 2014 passed by the Reference Court in L.A.C. No.203/2008.

It is stated that in the connected matter i.e. (Civil Application No.978/2019 in First Appeal Stamp No.19545/2018), this Court, by order dated 13th March, 2020 has condoned the delay subject to the condition that the appellant shall not be entitled for any interest for the delayed period.

In view of the grounds stated in this application and also considering the order dated 13th March, 2020, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The applicant shall not be entitled for any interest for the delayed period i.e. from the date of impugned judgment till the date of the application. Appeal be registered subject to removal of office objections, if any.
