DATE : 07-12-2022 Civil Application (F) No.2353/22, seeks withdrawal of the share of the respondent no.4-Sakina Fatima d/o Hasankhan Pathan, in the compensation. Since the appeal is disposed of on 03-07-2019, the amount of compensation along with accrued interest, to the extent of the share of respondent no. 4, who has since attained majority, be transmitted in her account, in case the RTGS details are furnished, subject to the satisfaction by the Registrar (J) of this Court, regarding the identity of the respondent no. 4.

Application is accordingly allowed in the above terms.
