Date : 15 th February, 2017 The original defendants are before this Court challenging the decree passed by the Trial Court for possession on the basis of title and confirmed by the lower Appellate Court. The plaintiff is held to be the owner of the suit property on the basis of the registered sale-deed dated 5-2-2000 at Exhibit 43 and he is also found to be in possession of the suit property. The claim of the defendants for ownership on the basis of 7/12 extract has been rejected.

There is no substantial question of law, which arises for consideration. The second appeal is dismissed. Consequently, Civil Application No.1020 of 2015 for condonation of delay in filing the second appeal, does not survive.
