DATED : 14-02-2017 As the registration of the petition was refused for not removing the office objections, without issuing notice to the respondents and accepting the reasons stated in the application, the delay of eight days in filing the revision application is condoned, the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 06-09-2016 is set aside and writ petition is restored.

The civil application and miscellaneous civil application are allowed.

If the office objections are not removed within four weeks, the petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court with costs of Rs.1,000/- to be deposited by the petitioner, with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.
