Prayer made in this application is to vacate the interim orders passed in writ petition. The record indicates that on 27.11.2017 the ad interim order in terms of prayer clause (B) came to passed. Thereafter, on 29.01.2018 after hearing the respondent in person the interim order was confirmed. On 06.02.2018 the prayer made by the respondent for withdrawing the amount of Rs. Ten Lakhs was not accepted by this Court. In view of these aspects the prayer made in the present application cannot be considered.

Hence, the application is rejected.
