Letter dated 19.09.2025 is received and the same is placed before this Court today. The request is made to extend the time by two months.

It appears that this Court by an order dated 15.12.2022 directed to decide the SCC No.605/2017 within a period of six months. However, it appears that between the intervening period, the matter was transferred to the present Judge. It further appears that when the matter was required to be disposed of till 15.06.2023, but till today, the matter is not decided. It is to be noted that neither by the then learned Judicial Magistrate requested for extension of time nor thereafter whoever is concerned with this case has not sought any extension of time. This act is nothing, but violating the order dated 15.12.2022 of this Court, wherein this Court has directed to dispose of SCC No.605/2017 within a period of six months.

Considering above facts and circumstances, the Principal District Judge of concerned District shall take the stock of the matters, wherein this Court has made the matters time bound and directed to be decided within stipulated period. In case, it is found that extension is not sought immediately, the Principal District Judge and the concerned Judge of the concerned Court shall take steps. 5.
So far as the present matter is concerned as submitted by the 5th Jt. Civil Judge Senior Division and Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Akola for the reasons set out in letter dated 19.09.2025, time of two months is extended.

It is made clear that no further time would be granted except in exceptional circumstances.

The Registry of this Court to inform the concerned Principal District Judge as well as 5th Jt. Civil Judge Senior Division and Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Akola. ( M. M. NERLIKAR , J.) Gohane
