By this civil application, the applicants seek a direction to the Collector to take action in the matter of removal of encroachment in village Ansing, District Washim. It appears on hearing the learned counsel for the parties that some of the alleged encroachers have approached the Civil Court and the Civil Court has granted an injunction in the said suits.

If that be so, a direction cannot be issued to the respondents to take necessary action in the mater of removal of encroachment.

Civil application stands disposed of.
