DATED : OCTOBER 11, 2019 This is an application seeking permission to file undertaking and solvent surety in terms of order dated 22/04/2019, whereby the respondents No.1 to 6 were permitted to withdraw the amount. The solvent surety and undertaking were supposed to be filed within 4 weeks from 22/4/2019, but, the same could not have filed within stipulated period. The learned counsel appearing for respondents No.1 to 6 (applicants) informs that now the solvent surety as well as undertaking is ready for filing.

Hence, the application is allowed and the respondents No. 1 to 6 are permitted to file solvent surety and usual undertaking in terms of order dated 22/04/2019, within a period of 2 weeks from today. Upon the said being done the respondents No.1 to 6 shall be permitted to withdraw the amount in terms of order dated 22/04/2019.
