The learned advocate for the respondent No.1 has filed this note for speaking to minutes for changing the date "29th November, 2015" appearing in clause (iv) of paragraph 10 of the judgment.

As "29th November, 2015" happened to be Sunday, for the reasons stated in the note, the date "29th November, 2015" shall be substituted by "12th January, 2016". Consequently, in clause (v) of paragraph 10 of the judgment, the date "30th November, 2015" shall be substituted by "30th January, 2016".

The note is disposed of accordingly.
