Mr. Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant has tried to support his inaction for not remaining present before this Court, which is really unfortunate. However, for the fault of an advocate, a litigant should not suffer. Ultimately, he is the last stakeholder of the process of law.

In view of above, the application is allowed, subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/- to High Court Bar Association, Nagpur, to be paid by Mr. P.D. Sharma, Advocate, within one week from today.
