Rejection is in accordance with bar contained in Rule 4(13) of the Bombay Furlough and Parole Rules, 1959. The Authorities cannot overlook the legal provisions. As such, no exception can be taken to the impugned order. We are, therefore, not in a position to appreciate the efforts being made learned counsel appointed for the petitioner to secure release of the petitioner on Furlough.

The criminal writ petition is rejected.

The charges of learned counsel appointed for the petitioner are fixed at Rs.1,500/-.
