DATED : OCTOBER 3, 2019 At the outset, learned counsel for applicant and learned A.P.P. for non applicant-State submit that charge is already framed and the trial will commence on 07.10.2019. Mr. Sirpurkar, learned counsel for applicant submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application. However he prays that necessary directions be given to the trial Court to decide the trial as expeditiously as possible. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Khamgaon, before whom the Special Child (POCSO) Case No.34/2018 is pending,shall decide the same in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. Both; applicant and prosecution shall extend their full cooperation to learned trial Court to decide the trial within the time frame.

It is made clear that this matter is not heard on its own merit.
