By this application, legal heirs of original claimant are seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant.

Since in connected matters this Court has permitted respondent/claimant for withdrawal of entire compensation amount, respondent nos.1 to 5 are permitted to withdraw entire amount deposited by the appellant alongwith accrued interest, if any. However, the verification with respect to respondent nos.1, 3, 4 and 5 can be done through Power of Attorney holder respondent no.2-Devidas Khandare. 3.
