By this application, the first informant and the accused persons are jointly challenging the First Information Report and the charge-sheet. After having gone through the contents of the application and the material in the chargesheet, we are of the view this is not the case, wherein the Court should give stamp of approval in respect of the amicable settlement which is the only ground before this Court for quashing the First Information Report and chargesheet.
