Interim orders staying recruitment process [indirectly] are operating in the matter. The advertisements with reference to which the recruitment is to go on, are dated 23.06.2013 and 06.02.2014, therefore, we allow the amendment application. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks. Liberty to respondents to file their additional affidavit/reply, within further period of one week.
