Heard learned counsel for the applicant. None appears for the respondent. No reply is filed. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay caused in filing the criminal revision is hereby condoned. Revision be registered.

Criminal Revision Application : Heard. Issue notice of final disposal to the respondents, returnable on 16.9.2016. In addition to regular mode of service, service by speed post is permitted.

Meanwhile, having perused the judgment and order passed in Special CS No. 234 of 2010 on 2nd May 2012 directing applicant Shankarrao to pay marriage expenses of Rs. 2,50,000/- to daughter Priya and considering the submission that no evidence was led by the daughters or their mother to prove the fact that the marriages of daughters were not solemnized, there shall be partial stay to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment as far as it directs payment of Rs. 2000/- per month to each of the two daughters subject to the condition that the applicant shall deposit in this Court amount of Rs. 2000/- per month starting

2 appr158.15 from the month of September 2016 and also on the condition that the applicant shall deposit all arrears of maintenance in respect of respondent no. 1 in this Court in four equal instalments, within a period of four months from the date of this order.

This order shall remain valid until further orders. JUDGE joshi
