Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

From the allegations made in the F.I.R., it is seen that the blame has been largely placed upon the husband. It is further seen that the deceased and her husband were residing separately from both these applicants since about one year prior to the incident.

In these circumstances, I am of the view that the applicants would be entitled to be granted confirmed anticipatory bail. Hence, the order.

The application is allowed and the interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicants by this Court on 27th September, 2016 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions. The application is disposed of.
