Being aggrieved by the order dated 30th April, 2024 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Amravati in the proceeding under Section 39 (1) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1958, an appeal is preferred before the Hon'ble Minister, Rural Development Department, under Section 39 (3) of the Act of 1958.

The limited grievance raised in the petition is a time bound decision on his appeal and considering this limited request, without issuing notice to the other respondents, since Mr. S.M. Ukey, learned Additional Government Pleader has marked his presence on behalf of the respondent nos.1 and 2, we deem it appropriate to direct the decision of the appeal to be taken within a period of four weeks from today.
