This is an application for speaking to minutes in the order dated 29.04.2024.

Learned Advocate for the respondent Nos. 1 to 15 submitted that by order dated 29.04.2024 only respondent No.1 was permitted to withdraw the amount, whereas there are respondents Nos. 1 to 15, who have claim over the amount deposited. Therefore, he seeks to correct this inadvertent mistake by permitting respondent Nos. 1 to 15 to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant.

In view of this, the application is allowed.

In para No. 4 of the order dated 29.04.2024, 'respondent No.1' be corrected as 'respondent Nos. 1 to 15'. Further in the end of Para No. 4 the sentence be added as 'The amount be deposited in their joint account'. 6.

The corrections be carried out in the order and corrected copy be uploaded accordingly.

The civil application stands disposed of, accordingly.
