Dated : 7th January, 2019 This petition seeks implementation of the order dated 23-1-2017 passed by the respondent No.1- the Regional Deputy Commissioner for Social Welfare Department, Amravati Division, Amravati, in Case No.9 of 2014. The petitioner has been reinstated in service in implementation of the said order, but has not been paid back-wages and other benefits. This is the complaint in this petition.

It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that several representations are made to the respondent Nos.1 and 2, but no steps have been taken till this date. We dispose of this petition with the direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to see that the order dated 23-1-2017 is
