DATED : NOVEMBER 27, 2019 This is an application for early hearing moved on behalf of the petitioner, pointing out that the rule was made returnable early by order dated 21/10/2015 and that thereafter an application for early hearing was granted by order 08/08/2017. Yet the petition could not be heard finally.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the petition is directed to be included in the list of final hearing matters in the week commencing 16th December, 2019.
