Heard Shri V.G. Palshikar, learned counsel for the applicants/ respondent Nos. 2 to 4, Ms. N.P. Mehta, learned AGP for respondent No. 1 and Shri Shyam Dewani, learned counsel for the petitioners.

Shri Palshikar, learned counsel is seeking time of two months to approach the Hon'ble Apex Court. 3.

Shri Dewani, learned counsel points out that the judgment delivered on 14.07.2017 granted them time of one month after its delivery. That time has expired and extension is being sought after said expiry. He points out that the petitioners are not made entitled to any interest also in the judgment dated 14.07.2017.

In this situation, we extend the time as prayed for as a last chance, however, subject to the condition that in case the amount is to be paid to the petitioners, the same shall carry interest @ 8% per annum from 14.08.2017 till its realization.

Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
