The application for amendment is filed today, in view of the subsequent event i.e. the termination of the petitioner on 11.08.2025.

In the present petition, invalidation of tribe claim of the petitioner as 'Mana' Scheduled Tribe is challenged. During the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner came to be terminated on the ground that the petitioner failed to submit his validity. Prity

In that view of the matter, the amendment application is allowed.

Amendment be carried out within a period of one week.

Place this matter on 02.09.2025.

In the meantime, there shall be stay to the order of termination dated 11.08.2025.
