Office has placed this matter before the Court with a Note that counsel for the applicants has not supplied copy of this appeal. Consequently, Office was unable to issue Notices to the non-applicants.

On 6.12.2018, this Court issued Notices to the non-applicants. It is the duty of the applicants to supply copy well within time so that matter cannot be stuck up. 3.

Today, when the matter is called out, learned counsel for the applicants is absent.

This Court could have readily dismissed the matter. However, for the fault on the part of learned counsel for the applicants litigants should not suffer. 5.

Hence, 10 days time is granted to learned counsel for the applicants to supply the copy. However, the said shall be subject to payment of costs of Rs.1500/- to be .....2/-

appa829.18 10 deposited with the High Court Bar Association at Nagpur. If the costs is not paid and the copy is not supplied within the stipulated time, the proceedings shall stand dismissed automatically without back reference to the Court. JUDGE !! BRW !!
