DECEMBER 17, 2024 Parties and their counsel are present before the Court. All have unanimously submitted that the matter has been settled amicably between them. The terms of settlement have been drawn. Parties and their counsel have signed the terms of settlement.

Having interacted with parties, I am satisfied that the parties have willingly entered into the compromise. The terms of settlement were explained to the parties who admit that the dispute has been resolved in terms of the recitals in the compromise deed.

The applications, therefore, are disposed of in terms of the compromise deed, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The parties shall get the compromise deed registered, in accordance with law since it refers to partition and relinquishment of shares in certain properties. The decree be drawn up accordingly, which shall be effective only upon registration of the compromise deed.
