This Court vide order dated 11/08/2023 directed to the Cadastral Surveyor, City Survey Office, Nagpur to measure the dimension and locations of the disputed land within 15 days. It is informed by learned Counsel for appellants that the measurement is not complete for want of some compliance. As such, learned Counsel for appellants is seeking extension of period for further 15 days. Application is allowed.
