An innocuous prayer is made for deciding three proposals seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioners, submitted on 30.09.2024 by the respondent/Headmaster, before the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Amravati. It is evident that the said proposals are pending for about one year without any decision.

In the circumstances, without issuing notice to the respondents, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2/Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Amravati, to take appropriate decision on the aforesaid proposals dated 30.09.2024, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
