It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the provisional decree passed in Special Civil Suit No.363/1999, the final decree proceedings are pending without any further steps being taken. A request is therefore made to expedite the proceedings.

The petitioner is at liberty to move an application for expeditious disposal of the final decree proceedings pending before the Executing Court. The Executing Court shall consider such application in accordance with law. In case the petitioner is not satisfied with the outcome of such application, she is free to take such steps for challenging that order in accordance with law. 3.
