This is an application filed on behalf of the appellants to bring on record legal representatives of respondent No.3 along with prayers for condonation of delay and for setting aside abatement. The respondent No.3 expired on 11/11/2019. There is a delay of 93 days in filing the present application. 2.
For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned. Abatement is set aside and the legal representative of respondent No.3, details of whom are given in MP Deshpande

Issue notice to the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.3, returnable in four weeks.
CIVIL APPLICATION (CAS) NO.151/2022.
This is an application seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of appellant Nos.2 and 3 as well as respondent No.4, all of whom died during pendency of this appeal on different dates in the years 2020 and 2021. The application is moved within the period of limitation, particularly, in the wake of Covid19 pandemic. 2.
For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Accordingly, the legal representatives of appellant Nos.2 and 3 as also respondent No.4 are permitted to be brought on record. 3.
Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. 4.
Thereafter, issue notice to the legal representatives of respondent No.4, returnable in four weeks.
