By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court while releasing the applicant on bail.

The applicant was arraigned as an accused in connection with Crime No.189/2021 registered under Sections 397, 382, 353, 333, 379, 511 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. While considering the bail application, this Court has considered the criminal antecedents of the present applicant and imposed the condition that "he shall not enter into the territorial jurisdiction of Chandrapur and Tahsil Bhadravati till conclusion of the trial, except for attending the trial and also shall not leave the jurisdiction of the concerned Police Station without permission of the Court." Considering the fact that there were criminal

Yet trial is not culminated and no ground is made out to grant the permission to enter into the jurisdiction of Chandrapur and Bhadravati and no case is made out for relaxation of condition, the application is rejected. 3.

Hence, the application is rejected.
